Welcome to Flow and Me!
This site is the product of a creative research project exploring flow states and identity formation in adolescence. Through interviews, we explore how moments of deep focus—known as flow—help shape who we are. Participants share conversations about self, identity, and flow. Voice notes, personal stories, and research insights show how losing yourself in something you love can help you find out who you are.
